01/08/10 - Completed the Ironman UK 2010 race in Bolton in 11hrs 32mins, coming 180th out of 1396 and 44th in my age category (M30-34).

30/06/10 - Completed the SLSC Tootling Bec Lido Aquathlon Race 3 (1000m swim/7.5km run) in 49:32 coming 17th out of 80. Practically last out of the pool but came 1st on the run with 28:23.

29/5/10 - Completed the Beaver Middle Distance Triathlon in 5hrs 13 mins, coming 110th out of 384 and 22nd in my age group. A tough race.

23/5/10 - Have just finished the 220 mile Green Belt Relay. Such a hot weekend. I came 8th on both days, running 12.2 miles on Saturday and 10.5 miles on Sunday.

26/04/10Completed the London Marathon 2010 in 2hrs 49mins 58 secs, coming 455th!

05/04/10Completed the Devizes to Westminster International Canoe Race, 125 miles single stage, in 25hrs39.
